This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location was perfect - it was situated down the hill and just a short walk from the town center and the Gemmipass cable car. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area and enjoying outdoor activities. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and charming, with wooden furniture and balconies offering stunning views of the mountains. I especially loved waking up to the sight of the mountains each morning. The breakfast provided was a true delight, with the best Swiss croissants I've ever tasted. It was a great way to start the day, and the fact that it was included in the price was a fantastic bonus.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

Clean and confortable hotel located in the hearth of Leukerbad at walking distance from the thermal baths. The hotel internal spa I very well equipped. Very good breakfast

I like the food a lot. They served fresh fruits, very tasty bread, assorted cheses for breakfast, good quality capuccino was available too, and I liked their locally made jams. Same for the dinner as I never ate so much tasty fish in a week. The waiter Camille really did his best to be nice, fun and attentive.

The sauna was not turned on one day when we came there, it was only +40, but the other day people said it worked. But I did not try with the sauna at the hotel more than once as there are marvellous spa and sauna facilities at Linderbad.

I loved my stay at this hotel! the prices were very reasonable, making it great value for money. The location was perfect, close to the town center and the Gemmipass cable car, allowing for easy access to both the mountains and the town. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with wooden furniture and a balcony facing the breathtaking mountains. The highlight of my mornings was enjoying the delicious breakfast with excellent views of the mountains, complete with the best Swiss croissants ever.

The extra bed in the junior-suite was a bit worn out. And it looked like it hadn`t been checked/cleaned after the last guests.The shower cover was mouldy.

The wellness facilities (pool, sauna) are small and do not provide the necessary environment to relax. Also, the rooms are old with furniture from the 80s.

The location of hotel is good. Only 5 minutes walking from bus station.

The stuff is not so good. It is a pity. Breakfast is too simple. I had a problem with booking. My booked room was occuped first day of my visit and I had change room next day. Internet-connection is very bad.

The bed I had was not very comfortable. I found the mattress too soft for me and the bed a bit too narrow even as a single bed.
